Black chunks in the palms and the dog lying down
Both palms of the gray sweater hold uneven black chunks. Among them is a smoother gray piece. Behind, a dark dog with pale legs lies on the dirt. The plaid shirt shows at the right.
The chunks are uneven: some are blocks and some are crumbs. The smooth piece in the center is lighter than the rest. Dust covers the fingers and the palms, and the nails look dark. The sleeves are the gray knit. The dog is lying down and does not look toward the hands. Its back is dark and its legs are lighter. The ground is loose dirt. The plaid shirt is cut off at the right edge.
