The orange pencil and the ruler on the black sheet

The man in the light shirt leans over the black sheet. One hand rests on it and the other holds the orange pencil above, beside the ruler. The man in white holds the purple ruler with both hands along the right edge. A white sheet with a pencil grid shows beside it. The cylinder in front is open, with a thread inside. Three children lean in from the other side, and a seated boy holds a wooden stick.
