Cardboard on the small child's head

The cardboard is dark, with green, white, and red letters: VIVA in green and MEXICO in white and red, with no clear accent. There is a green, white, and red cutout. The black shield is seen side-on. The child wears blue clogs and looks at the camera. Part of another person, in a purple shirt, shows on the left. The note says a baby of Xtá Ratsá. The frame shows him seated, with the pieces, and gives no age.
