The two men smile on the steps
Both men face the camera and smile. The flag pole stays in the first man's hand. At the left, a dancer in profile wears a headdress with a green band. At the right, another holds a striped stick.
The dancer on the right wears a red and white headdress. A small flag on the left railing shows the emblem. More small flags hang in the arch behind the two men. A dancer in a silver headdress stands between them. Black pigment covers the dancers. The steps are concrete. It is night.
