The hand inside the black basin
From above, a hand enters a round basin full of black pigment. The fingers are black and the back of the hand is still bare. The dirt ground is spotted. No face is visible.
The pigment shines and covers the fingers. The basin is dark and round. Another dark basin is cut off on the right. An arm and another person's hair show at the top. A foot in a sandal shows on the left. A pigment-stained leg is at the lower right. The ground is reddish and spattered with black. The palm faces down, and the light reflects on the pigment.
