Banana leaves under the metal roof
The photograph is black and white. From below, the banana leaves cover the sky, with drops and torn edges. At the upper left a metal roof enters. On the right is a tree.
The leaves cross, and a pale rib runs down the center of the largest one. Some tips are torn and others bend toward the light. The drops stay on the surface, not in the air. The metal roof cuts the sky at the corner. The tree on the right has smaller leaves and fine branches. No people are present.
