Rebar between the water and the ridge
The photograph is black and white. Steel rods rise in clusters over pools that reflect the sky. Behind them is a ridge covered in forest. A dark vessel shows in the foreground.
Some rods stand straight and others lean. The water copies the lines and the sky. The ridge is not named and fills the background, with clouds above it. Leaves at the sides are out of focus. The dark vessel is cut by the lower edge. Nothing shows what is being built, and no people are present.
