They applaud in the room, in black and white
In black and white, several seated people applaud. In the front row, the man in the palm hat keeps his hands together. A light flower shows in a woman's hair, seen from behind.
Light from the windows leaves the chairs at the back nearly white. A second palm hat sits farther back, also on the left. There are empty plastic chairs in the center. The woman with the flower fills the foreground, seen from behind. Beside her, another in a light sweater applauds in profile. A notebook rests on a lap at the right, and the cover cannot be read. Nobody standing can be made out in the center.
