Bands of mist behind the pine
Mist lies in white bands through the folds of the forest. A pine with a dense crown fills the foreground. The sky is overcast, and banana leaves enter at the lower left corner.
The bands follow the relief and do not join into a single cloud. The forest is continuous and dark green, with a few tiny pale points. The pine covers the lower center of the frame. The ridges come one after another, and each one carries its band. A stretch of wire shows in the lower right corner. The light is even, with no shaft of sun.
