Feet and long shadows on the court
The photograph is black and white. Legs and feet show on the concrete, and the shadows stretch toward the foreground. One person holds a stick. The floor has straight lines and an arc.
Some people wear long trousers and others wear shorts. The footwear mixes sandals and shoes. The stick is thin and dark, beside a pair of legs near the center. The shadows of the heads reach far from the feet. A sandal shows at the right edge, cut by the frame. The concrete has joints and a wavy pattern. No face is visible. The light comes from behind the people who are standing.
