The striped marker on the white rim

The marker is black and white. A reddish line shows on the cylinder under the tip. The boy in the white polo has the stick against his shoulder and his mouth nearly closed. On the left, another boy holds a cylinder with a brown streak. A young man in a white shirt holds a flat sheet. A woman in a black shirt smiles behind. There are blue columns and an open door, with sticks inside the room.
