A donkey jawbone on the concrete
A jawbone, teeth pointing down, rests on grooved concrete. The bone is pale and has dark marks at the ends. The photographer's note identifies it as a donkey's jawbone.
The bone fills the center of the frame, with nothing else beside it. The teeth are pale and of different sizes, and dark patches remain along the gum. One end finishes in a stained point and the other is wider and rounded. The concrete has diagonal grooves and loose grit. The animal is identified in the photographer's note, not by a mark on the bone.
